Winter Colosseum is a free social game site. There is no account, no purchase and no payment. Because of that, we collect very little. This page explains what we do handle, and why.

What we don't collect

• We don't ask for your name, address or phone number.
• We don't take payment details.
• We don't require you to register.

What stays in your browser

Your browser stores a few small entries on your device, only on this site. They help with:

• Remembering that you confirmed your age.
• Remembering that you accepted the storage notice.
• Keeping any quiet preferences set inside the game itself.

These entries don't leave your device. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

When you write to hello@wintercolosseum.com, we keep the email so we can answer you. We don't add you to a marketing list and we don't sell or share your message.

Children

The site is for adults, 19+ where applicable. It is not designed for children, and the age gate is there to keep it that way.
